Leaders transitioning to new roles are up against significant challenges, and often have a very short time to build relationships and start making a difference; all while drinking from the proverbial fire hose as they learn a new team and perhaps a whole new organization. 

The Leadership Acceleration program provides critical coaching support for the first 100 days of the leader’s transition, with weekly coaching sessions, a facilitated team assimilation process, and optional assessments to help strengthen a leaders’ awareness.
